They could not tell me exactly what was not matching so I had to hunt down those things that could potentially mismatch - like my address since I have moved in the last 3 years. With my first attempt, I got the same status messages from Verizon and GV and when I called Verizon at that number, they said that they were getting an error saying "customer information mismatch".
